We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as you received it

All tags must be intact, and the item should be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

 Items sent back without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Defective

Incorrect

...contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Edits

Need to change your order?
Please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order.
After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Lost Parcels

If your order is lost in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement — provided the correct address was given during checkout.

If you prefer a refund instead:

We must wait 30 days from the shipping date

If the package is delivered during that time, the refund will not be processed

Our team will monitor your shipment and keep you informed

Restocking Fee

Good news — we do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
